长期以来，国际上粮食供应链的主导权一直掌握在少数西方国家手里，中国粮食企业作用甚微。“一带一路”沿线国家的粮食的供需情况矛盾比较突出，这就为中国粮食企业主导沿线粮食供应链流程的整合带来契机。本文以哈萨克斯坦小麦从田间到餐桌的整条流程作为研究对象，从其目前的现状入手，对其供应链流程进行分析，提炼相关的问题，并从链内、链外及其交互整合视角提出相关的对策建议。
