摘要:: 农业供给侧结构性改革背景下，新型粮食生产经营主体得到了迅速发展。本文采用个案研究法，对吉林省公主岭市万欣农民专业合作社的基本情况、发展历程、运营模式、经营效果、技术改进、成功经验等进行了分析与总结。继研究发现，大型农民专业合作社不仅能够提高农业经营规模和专业化水平，增强农户市场议价能力，促进粮食提质进档，提升区域农业机械化水平，保护土地资源的可持续发展，而且还可以推动区域农业产后服务体系的完善。结合生产实际，探讨了小轮作方式的优势、利益联结机制的建立以及农机农艺匹配问题，以期为各地农民专业合作社的发展提供有益的参考与启发。

Abstract:: Under the agricultural supply-side structural reform, the new grain production operators have developed rapidly. This paper investigates Wanxin farmers’ professional cooperative in Gongzhuling County through case study, analyzing and summarizing the basic situation, development course, operations management, operating performance, technological improvement and successful experience. The study finds that large farmers’ professional operative can not only improve the level of scale and specialization of agricultural management, enhance the farmers market bargaining power, promote grain quality, raise the level of local agricultural mechanization and advance the sustainable development of land resources, but can promote the improvement of regional post-harvest agricultural social service system. Based on the production practice, this paper discusses the advantages of small rotation, the establishment of Interest pooling mechanism, and the matching problem of farm equipment and agriculture, hoping to provide some useful insights for the development of specialized farmer cooperatives.
