摘要:
在印度,重点研究乙酸烯丙酯、甲酸乙酯和硫酰氟等化合物以及富含二氧化碳的气体作为储粮熏蒸剂甲基溴和磷化氢的替代品。在25℃下测试24h中,对乙酸烯丙酯和甲酸乙酯最耐受的昆虫是赤拟谷盗(剂量各是150g/m3和140g/m3,所有生命阶段的害虫100%死亡),对硫酰氟最耐受的是米象(40g/m3)。谷斑皮蠹幼虫对硫酰氟高度敏感(在剂量5g/m3下达到100%死亡)。对最耐受的储粮昆虫实验室和实仓试验后,分别确定乙酸烯丙酯可用于农场(<1吨储粮)的谷物熏蒸,剂量为200g/m3,持续72h;甲酸乙酯剂量为214g/m3,持续72h;硫酰氟处理25°C的袋装小麦剂量为40g/m3,持续24h。在富含二氧化碳的气调中进行的实仓试验表明,它有可能用于长期袋装储存的香米和非香米昆虫控制,对大米质量的影响小。从研发经验看出,硫酰氟熏蒸剂、气调、低温储粮和专家系统是重要的储粮技术研发方向。
